Onboarding collects your smoking profile so the app can personalize your daily plan and progress tracking.
Yes. Profile and smoking plan details can be updated from Settings.

Clean Streak is the elapsed time since your last smoked event, shown as days, hours, and minutes.
The app tracks milestone stages such as heart load relief, toxic gas clearance, oxygen restoration, sensory repair, airway relaxation, circulation recovery, and lung self-cleansing.
It shows milestone progress based on your clean time. At 100%, the milestone is marked as fully restored.
Certain recovery milestone details are premium-only and require subscription access.
Yes. Unlocked milestones can be expanded to view biological impact, wellness tips, and recommended workouts.
Yes. The app applies a workout-time boost when calculating milestone progress.
The Health Recovery section includes a WHO reference link for smoking-cessation health benefits.
