International transfers & storage

Personal data may be processed and stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States, with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. For EEA/UK transfers, Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions are applied. This Policy will be updated if storage locations materially change.

Cookies & analytics

Tracking technologies and how to control them

Cookies and similar technologies — including mobile device identifiers and local storage — are used to operate the Application, improve user experience, analyze traffic, and enhance security.

  • Browser controls allow cookies to be disabled, though some features may not function as intended.
  • Google Analytics may be used to understand usage patterns on the Application. Users can opt out via Google's available tools.

Data retention

How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this Policy, provide App functionality, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our rights.

  • Account-related information is generally retained while the account remains active and the App is in use.
  • Certain data and preferences may be stored locally and backed up via iCloud or Google Drive per your device settings — governed by those providers' own policies.
  • Upon a verified account deletion request, personal data under our control will be deleted within 7 calendar days, unless retention is required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage users to maintain strong account credentials.

In-app purchases

Payments, billing, and refund policy

Payments and subscription processing are handled by third-party providers including Adapty and applicable app store payment systems. Payment credentials entered through these providers are not accessed or stored by us. The Application may also use third-party exchange rate APIs for currency functionality.

All sales are final. Refunds and cancellations are not provided except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

California "Shine the Light"

California residents may request information about disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, once per year at no charge.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 10. If we learn that data has been collected from someone under 10 years of age, access will be terminated and the data will be deleted promptly.
